Your commitment to us
Please treat our staff with respect. We will not tolerate any member of our team being harassed and will take action. We may de-register you from the practice. Harassment includes (but is not limited to) violence, abuse or offensive language.

We want you to be pleased with your experience of our service and want to know if we have not met your expectations. We have a formal procedure for dealing with complaints and learn from feedback to improve our service to all patients
